How to make:
• Pre-heat oven at 175 degrees C (350 degrees F)
• Dredge the dried chicken breasts in the salad and then coat them completely with breadcrumbs. Place the pieces in a baking pan having lightly greased and bake for 30 minutes. Juice running out of chicken will indicate chicken being cooked. If needed, turn the chicken pieces every 10 minutes to get it evenly cooked.

Ingredients:
• Olive oil
• Kosher salt
• Black pepper
• Parmesan cheese
• Flour
• Eggs
• Breadcrumbs
• Chicken breast

How to make:
• Pre-heat oven at 175 degrees C (350degrees F)
• Mix kosher salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in one boul. Put eggs in another boul. Keep four in a third bowl.
• Beat the chicken breasts after keeping between wax paper or plastic wrap to make the thin and tender.
• Cover the chicken pieces with flour, then dip in eggs and finally coat with breadcrumb mix completely.
• Put chicken in oven for about 30 minutes. Watch if juice is coming out of the chicken breasts, which indicate that cooking is complete. You might have to turn the chicken every 10 minutes to get it evenly cooked.
• Serve hot with sauce.
